Amaretto Sour Cocktail Recipe

Amaretto Sour is a sour and 5 ingredient cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

• Amaretto (2 oz) ⇋ (6 cl)
• Simple Syrup (1/2 oz) ⇋ (1,5 cl)
• Angostura Bitters (1 Dash)
• Lemon Juice (1 oz) ⇋ (3 cl)
• Egg White (1 Whole)

GARNISH

• Lemon Twist
• Maraschino Cherry

DIRECTIONS

1) Dry shake all ingredients without ice.

2) Fill the Shaker with ice and shake vigorously again.

3) Strain into an ice-filled Old-Fashioned Glass and garnish with a lemon twist and a maraschino cherry.
