Eye Opener Cocktail Recipe

Eye Opener is a sour and 5 ingredient cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

• Rum (1 1/2 oz) ⇋ (4,5 cl)
• Orange Liqueur (2 Dashes)
• Apricot Liqueur (2 Dashes)
• Grenadine (1/2 Bar Spoon)
• Egg Yolk (1 Whole)

GARNISH

• Orange Twist

DIRECTIONS

1) Shake all ingredients with ice.

2) Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a orange twist.
