Vieux Carre Cocktail Recipe

Vieux Carre is a strong and 6 ingredient cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

• Rye Whiskey (1 oz) ⇋ (3 cl)
• Cognac (1 oz) ⇋ (3 cl)
• Sweet Vermouth (1 oz) ⇋ (3 cl)
• Benedictine (1/3 oz) ⇋ (1 cl)
• Angostura Bitters (2 Dashes)
• Peychaud’s Bitters (2 Dashes)

GARNISH

• Lemon Twist

DIRECTIONS

1) Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir.

2) Strain into an ice-filled Old-Fashioned Glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
